I think they just opened up the Conservancy water. I just checked out the hatchery today. Not much water left. Again, like other local streams, I was surprised, there was as much water in the stream as there was. I remember one year (2001 or 2) there was no water flowing from the spring at the hatchery and no water flowing out at the part. The only flowing water was coming out of the sewage plant. After it rained I caught a few and missed a few.
