My Rio 4 wt Wff line is cracked and so time to retire. Any recommendations that don't break the back for fishing SEPA. I alternate between some of the coldwater streams in the area and warmwater creek fishing for bass. Any suggestions for a line to do both? Currently not in my budget to pick up a separate reel for different temps. I do have a 5/6 with 6 wt line that could be my bass rod if needed, just aren't a ton of bass around me that need more than a 4 wt.

The Cortland 444 series of fly lines list for 59.99. Cortland runs a free shipping promo from time to time. I like the Cortland Modern Trout on some rods. It has a long rear taper which stabilzes your loop at longer distances. It is a 1/2 wt heavy so keep that in mind. Scientific Angler Mastery Series list for 79.99. I like Trout and new Standard both true to wt. I bought the Standard at the Edison Fly Fishing show for 59.99 as Scientific Angler had a promo sale. Excellent line.
