is ORVIS Prime Mixed Waterfowl Flank, the same as CDC?

Looking for my introductory dive to tie some easy CDC dries & nymphs.

Orvis search does not show " CDC"
Only...

Yo Bru - nope - flank feathers are from the sides, ie flanks. Used for wings and lack the duck oil that the fowl preen from oil glands in their derriere. As dubbing, some of the fluff from the flanks do ok, since all of the duck feathers do have some oil. That's how they float.
