Hoy Park

Fished hoy park in my little raft. There was ALOT of hatches of mayflies and caddis. Also there is HUGE bass in this river. It is on arcola road, and it is the perkiomen with the skippack running into it. But i cant tell you how many huge 16+ Bass i seen swimming around. Also one of two interesting finds. There was a huge vulture feeding on this huge fish, bass im guessing in the pic. Also theres this little obsolete pool of Nasty stagnant water. So stagnant it looks like it would be solid and yuo can walk across.

Might have to give them bass a try tomorrow, is it easy to fish from the river banks there or do you need a raft?

uhm its pretty hard, its doable, get maybe 25 to 45 or so foot cast, but your very limited to specific "hot spots" that have that ability.
