These flies were labeled as multiplie things in the store I was at. I'm thinking its a blue wing wet fly. Anyone know for sure? There was a caddis hatch today but elk hair caddis and emergers were'nt doing that well. After staring at them in the water they looked similar to this so I tied it on and it really worked well.

It appears to be a Hare' Ear wet fly.

This is a generic and common pattern made with rabbit fur and tinsel ribbing. Perhaps it is called something else in a particular fly shop or catalog as flies of this style can vary slightly and be known by different regional names.
I'd call it a Hare's Ear.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but I can't make out the body enough to even tell if it's dubbed, floss or quill, let alone say it's a Hare's Ear.

It looks like some sort of an olive imitation to me.

Winged wets are often a good choice during a caddis hatch.

Winged wet olive.
