Greys Fly Rods

Anyone on here have any experience with them? Looking for a backup 8wt and SteepandCheep has some pretty good prices on them right now. May jump on one for 55-60 bucks.

I have an 8wt in a model that is now discontinued and whatever their saltwater model is in a 10wt. I own close to 10 other rods of various makes (echo, redington, st. croix, orvis, TFO etc) and my two greys rods are my two favorites. YMMV and i can't tell you what any of the trout weight rods are like. Greys is the more affordable brand of Hardy. Kind of like a Ford vs. a Lincoln.

I have a greys stream flex for 3+ years now. It's a 4 wt, it's one of my most fished rods. It won't be a mistake to buy one.
