green weenie woth eyes

Tried a green weenie with chain eyes last night. Anyone tie/fish them that way?

I've tied mine with extra small bead chain eyes for a few years now. Gives it a little more wiggle and just enough weight to get them down. I catch a ton of fish on them every year. Wild and stocked.

I have normally tied them as a bead head, but no eyes...sounds like a great idea for movement.
