Good set of flies?

looking to get a good set of flies but now i am thinking of just buying them idivudually using hatching charts as a reference. what do you guys suggest? does anyone here sell their flies. i will be fishing central and western PA. i just recently started tying some of my own but dont have the time to get a good collection started before the spring. Point me in the right direction...thanks guys...

Spend a few hours reading the threads in the fly tying and general forums about favorite or go to flies to help you decide.

You're never going to get a consensus here, so use the threads as guidelines for your choices. Trying new flies is fun, so get a nice variety and see what works for you and your favorite streams.
