Getting ready for Summer Bass

Lots of shaping, sanding, painting, applying finish, threading legs and tying in marabou, deer hair and saddle hackles.

Nice. Nothing beats bass crushing a topwater bug. The basic foam gurgler still gets my vote as best.

NJ Troutbum's deer hair patterns are simple and effective on LMB as well.
Nice job on the poppers.
I have the biggest problem with pulling legs through the bodies. Looks like you have that down.
 
Polar white Sparkle minnows and Todd's Wiggle minnow are my two go-to patterns. If they're not hitting one of them, they probably aren't hungry/aggressive.

I tried different size needles to thread the legs. I use a pair of pliers to carefully thread the needle through, plus I wiggle it around to loosen the hole a bit. Then I carefully pull on the legs till the short ends come through. Then cut to length.
