Anyone have the recipe to tie the one pictured in his latest book

As far as I can tell:

Tail: Moose mane
Body: Bleached elk Hair
Body Hackle: Cream or natural white
Wing: Calf body or tail hair with glow in the dark flashabou also tied in upright and trimmed so that they longer than the calf tail.
Hackle:Cream or natural white
