Yes - some do, some don’t - I use the “Fly Lipps” product (available at Stockard) on a modified Firehole shank - I heat the shank and twist the front eye to be vertical - then add whatever hook/materials combo for the tails. They have a very interesting action. I was going for the Rapala wobble - and pretty much got it! I haven’t shown them to any Smallmouth yet 😬
