W. L. Sullivan salmon tailer. I bought it from the Leonard factory in Central Valley, NY for anyone old enough to know where the Leonard shop was located.Brass handle, rubber grip area, woven wire nose. Back in the day when it was still considered acceptable to kill Atlantic salmon you would end the fight by slipping the noose over the tail and jerking your hand to tighten the noose. I guess you could use it for kings and cohoes if you plan to keep them. Also a nice addition to your fishing den. Prefer York pick-up but will ship anywhere for packing and postage
