Beadhead: I also got a sweet deal on this book at Ollies. It's a Stackpole publication, so its quality. The author's fly solutions for tough trout involve some pretty fancy tying - well beyond my ability. But, he is a Pennsylvanian so the book should be of interest to anyone on this forum. His beats are the Poconos and the Cumberland Valley. I especially enjoyed the earlier chapters of the book, in which he discusses the various types of pressured waters and different strains of brown trout found in PA waters. In fact, the book stimulates me to start a thread on the latter subject (time permitting). He is also a fine artist. Overall, a great read. I would heartily recommend this book to any flyfisher.
