Flies tied with Elk Hair

Wondering if you guys can recommend some flies other than the elkhair caddis to tie using elkhair. I am putting together a box for a donation. A professional photographer donated a beautiful elk photo he took and I wanted to add in some flies tied with elk to go along with it.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
