Not wanting to hijack the new "Richardson" thread, Jack mentioned finding room for a flask. Do many carry one and what is this motley crew's spirit of choice this time of year on the water? Maybe this should be a poll?

The one time I carried a flask I unable to tie a simple knot after about an hour or a few sips.

I don't always carry a flask, but when I do, it holds between 12 and 16 oz. of bourbon and I don't even own a funnel.

Yeah, I love the way they use Jack in those commercials. He really is the most interesting person in the world!

I don't carry a flask, but if I did, it would be filled with Diet Sun Drop.

steelhead fishing, always with flask, filled with tullamore dew.

I don't take one, I carry too much stuff now.

Atlantic salmon, speyside single malt - Glen Livet, or a Glenmorangie. a wee dram to steady the hands after you land and release a fish.

anything older than 15 years is wasted on me ;-)

When I do ,I fill it with Rye whiskey.

I don't always carry but if I did, it would be Jim Beam Black.

I save the scotch and cigars for afterward.

Vietnamese coffee, without the condensed milk.

Blackberry brandy for me warms ya up but takes more than a normal flask to put ya down.
