Fishing Yellow Creek Bedford Co., PA

Am headed out to Yellow Creek, Bedford Co., PA to get a bit of late fall fishing in. Any reports out there as to what is fishing well? I'm thinking terrestials, maybe wooly buggers or other streamers, maybe squirmy wormies? Heard salmon eggs were working on Bald Eagle so maybe that would be good to bring, too? Thanks!

Hey can you give a report. I have to drive to Pitts from philly and was gonna stop there to fish and break up the drive.
