Wait the second tank has "minor water problems"? lol I'd feel safe getting that gas! Sad because you know that gas has been leaking into the ground for quite a while I bet.

The tank might not be leaking from underground. Could water be pooling over the cap in the lot and seeping in from above?

Those people are lucky if there engines are not wiped. 2 times I've seen water in fuel tanks ruin engines. One was a bent rod another ruined the piston bores.
