Fishing at Gring's Mill

Going out to the Tully tomorrow, I wanted to try to fish up at the mill if you can. Can you? Thanks in advance!

Not sure what you mean by fishing up at the mill. You can fish the Tully through Grings Mill. It's ATW. Probably plenty of little smallies and other ww species in that stretch

If you want to fish the Gring's Mill area, fish downstream from the dam located there. The water above the dam is slow moving, with sunfish, carp, and a few smallies. The water downstream is much better trout and smallmouth habitat.

I'm trying for carp on my fly rod. Can you use regular spinning gear there too?
