No rain, long period of 90+ temps will start to take its toll. Please post if noticed any kills.

Found a decent 14-15" smallie belly up on the bottom of the Susky last night....

I've seen two dead rainbows in Meadow Run in the last week. That stream heats up pretty well during weather like this. Could have also been a deep hooking incident since it gets fished so often.

I would be shocked if Laurel Hill didn't have a kill off of the big hogs. I was there 3 weeks ago and it seemed like 30 to 40 trout, 14" to over 20" were in a hole maybe 4' deep, very clear, and about 50' long. I'd be surprised if they live past this weekend.

Saw a brown at the creek down the street heaving breathing and pacing back and forth

We found a few dead trout on Fishing Creek Columbia County.

I found a dead 15" rainbown in Lititz Run. Water temps were in the low 60's so my guess was poor handling or the heron that I chased out of there when I showed up.

Saved these 5 from heat exhaustion on the Brodhead a little over a week ago fishing past dark. Tasted good.
