Caught my first rainbow trout. 15 degrees and it was well worth fishing today.

congrats! i remember winter steelhead fishing in upstate NY. it was -12 at 6am. funny thing was when the temp rised to 0. it felt nice out. my buddy and I looked at each other and said. its pretty nice out now lol. amazing how your body gets used to cold weather. i love winter fishing. congrats again on the bow. i hope your hooked on fly fishing. enjoy.
