I broke my Aetos about two weeks ago and just received my replacement today. I broke the rod and I told Fenwick that. I was expecting to get an offer to purchase a new rod at a discount per the warranty terms but they never contacted me. They just sent out a new rod. Turn around was certainly acceptable and they went beyond their obligations. Now I need to get some dirt on the new cork.
 
Good to hear....I am an Aetos fan as well.
 
I had great service with my one Fenwick spinning rod. Had the top guide ceramic insert fall out. Sent me a brand new rod. Luckily I had this all done over the winter.
 
I have an aetos 10' 4wt and this is good to hear. I enjoy the rod and am happy to hear about the warranty service.
