Are there any Fenwick Aetos owners out there that can tell me how they like the rod. I am thinking about getting one for the upcoming season in a 10ft. 3 or 4 weight. Also has anyone seen good pricing for the Aetos out there? Thank You!

I have been using the 9' 4wt since they came out. Find it to be a very effective rod that loads and casts well. Talking dry flies, its sweet spot is casting mid range (30-40 feet) loses some feel in closer and further out. Don't use it much for nymphing

Bought this rod as a backup to my Orvis rods and have used it out west for the past two years.

I would purchase it again....

what do you plan on using it for? I picked one up for euro nymphing because it was cheap and the rod is not particularly well suited for that. However, I still kept it because I could cast a long way with a WFF line and you never know when you are going to need that.
