I don't like the stick on eyes for streamers. I happened to have some tough up paint for ceramic tubs. It goes on with a toothpick and you can color it with a marker.

Nice Little marabou streamer you have there MD Gene. Is there a body under the wing, or is it a built up head with only the plume covering the bare hook shank?

Kinda cool!

On some I have bodies and some I don't. This one does not. I learned how to control the depth of a streamer by the casting direction and giving slack. I am going to try and fish more with streamers without beads. But, I do like my bead head woolly buggers.

I think that grey marabou is very nice stuff. I got it from Blue Quill Angler out of Colorado.

I do use the stick on eyes, even though I doubt it makes a fish-catching difference most of the time.

I use them because they are quick and easy to super glue on and if one happens to fall off, no big deal. And, if I really want I can just glue another one on.

No need to wait for pain to dry or turn on a dryer.
