Does anyone have a specific pattern for the nymph of the white fly? I've fished dries and emergers on the Musconetcong (where the fly comes off in clouds) somewhat successfully but have never found a nymph that worked consistently.

Check out Hex and green drake nymph patterns. Scale them down and use lighter colors like tan and dun and you'll have a pretty good fly. The nymphs are active swimmers so patterns that include hackle fluff or marrabou and have a lot of motion are good. Very small tan wooly buggers are good too.
