12 year old broke the reel seat on his base 6-8 reel.

Got it last year on a trip to WA, it was the $169 combo rod and was days within a year of the purchase.

I was dreading about having to send the reel back and maybe paying upwards to $35 for the repair when the reel really is only worth $35.

No matter. Guy sent email that he was going to send out a new part. Ok.

Well went I opened the box , Echo just sent us a new reel with backing on it. No charge!

Lilly says you can’t beat that.

Echo has the best customer service IMO.
 
Echo is great and they know if they treat their customers well....good feedback will be commented on the internet for thousands to read. Smart business practice that gets new customers and maintains current.
