Eastern Green Drake

I am new to fly tying and have been attempting to tie some Green Drakes. I found a youtube video with a demonstration of a pattern tied using yarn for a body. Does anyone here know what type of yarn is best used for dry fly bodies and where a good source for it would be?

My favorite patter deer wing comparadun with lime/cream/black roughly blended dry fly body and tail fibers made of thick 3-4 fibers of glow in the dark synthetic flash. Imitates dubs and spinners because of the comparadun and can fish into dark. Make sure you check out sizes as they vary not all streams in pa have the monster green drakes.
