East Licking Creek

I am planning to fish the delayed harvest section of east licking creek next week! I have never been up in that area. Can someone comment on what access to the stream is like? Is it well marked? Thanks!

Can’t miss it. It is paralleled by a road, or at least it was in 1981.

DHALO starts at the upper end of the picnic area, and extends four miles up to the pipeline crossing. There is a SF road bridge crossing at Spectacle Gap Road. There's not much other easy access. Very pretty stream.

East Licking Creek is an example of stocking hatchery trout over native brook trout.

In the state forest section being discussed. (Not the lower sections.)
