Duck Decoy

I have a collection of wooden duck decoys. Most I would say look more like folk art than a ''working'' decoy but my most intriguing one to me is the only one that is labeled. It says on the bottom '' designed by w.e.harris for f.o. merz, chatham mass.'' I think its decorative and Im on interested out of curiosity. Not looking for value or anything. I googled it and kept hetting a company in chatham, north carolina. Anyone have any clues..?

Does it have a hunk of lead screwed into the belly?

No lead in the belly on this one, thats why I think its only decorative. I do have one or two others with a lead weight or keel in the belly. I got that ebay link too, thanks for looking.
