Maybe as stupid question but new. Can you put or take out a drift boat at West Branch Anglars or Dream Catchers with out stay there?

That's a big negative ghost rider. I think they also made it illegal to launch or retrieve hard boat at the goat path known as Hale Eddy. Only one private launch I know of over there and it's pay to play. Not very cheap either
