Devils Hole Creek

I'm heading to Devils Hole Creek this weekend to fish it for the first time. I've found a lot of useful info on google but could always use a little more. What should I expect the fishing to be like this time of year and what patterns should I use? Is it worth the hike all the way up to the falls or does it hold good amounts of fish thru the whole creek? Any info is appreciated.

I haven't been there since the end of December - hopefully someone else can chime in with more recent info - but I think it worth mentioning that all the streams up here are super high from the storms over the past week. Devils Hole is small enough that this might be fine (or possibly even to your advantage), but I wouldn't expect to find it in normal condition.
