No fishing practicality, basically just an effort in futility on my part, as is always they case with the flies I tie (they rarely, if ever, see water)

Size is 6/0 for each bend, so pretty big, about 4 inches in total length

RE the double hook - I know a guy, who knows a guy...

I'm guessing the hook is custom made or it's a double salmon fly hook before bending.
