DEP Marcellus Violation Spreadsheet

Just putting this out there - Not sure if everyone is aware that you can go on the DEP website and see an updated spreadsheet of the year-to-date violations for each company drilling in the Marcellus in PA. Click here and scroll down to the bottom to the "Year to Date Marcellus Shale Inspections/Violations" link. It will download an excel spreadsheet with all of the violations DEP handed out listed by company. Kind of disheartening when you read reports like "Discharge of ethylene glycol to pad and flowback to drainage ditch". Yikes.

It's good to see the list is still being kept up to date. There was a period in late February thru March when it stopped being updated. Current file has been updated since then including some March violations.
