Fished the area through the golf course yesterday after the rain & before the golfers came out. Was very disappointed that I was only able to catch one trout. Creek seemed rather devoid of trout as I saw none or any activity. It's been about 15 yrs. since I had fished over there & was hoping for better results than catching 0 on that trip. I like the concept of the delayed harvest but would expect way more trout being available. Any thoughts as to what might be the problem? Poachers?
