Yes that is my article on the Juniata River. It briefly touches on the Little J as a tributary in the Juniata River system but covers more on the main stem of Juniata River.

Dark skies refers to the fact that Potter County is a dark sky destination for people who are into telescopes, star viewing and such things. Regarding the magazine and the videos, I really like much/most of the content, but admit to being bothered a bit by the fact that he burns spots more than I'd like. And yeah, I'm fully aware that these spots are all public and that other information is out there, I just don't see it being a good thing in the social media age where a lot of people refuse to wear out their own boot leather and would prefer to just show up where they saw someone catching fish on Youtube or on Facebook.

They're marketing to the Goth fly fishers. It's a niche market.
