It's falling and should be around 1000 by tomorrow at confluence. The dam is releasing around 550 so you could fish above the casselman if you don't want to wade confluence at 1000.
I fished the flat water above ramcat about a week ago. Not very good for dry flies. Rises were far and few between. Caught a few.
Water was still nice and cold though, at 64 degrees.
A CFS reading of 1000 or less is OK to wade the river in that area IMO - and that's what it was when we fished it
