Clearfield creek and Bradley run class a access

Does anyone have any info on access for the class a sections of Bradley run and Clearfield creek in Cambria county? I was doing some scouting and these stretches look promising. I am not sure if fishing is allowed or who to ask for permission since these sections are all on private land.
