Cedar Run/Slate Run

I just bought a nice new setup, an Orvis Superfine Glass 4wt 7’6” with a Hardy MTX-3000 reel, 7.5ft 4x leader. I’m curious how well that will fish Cedar and Slate Run? Has anybody been up that way lately? I think I’ll take a run up sometime next week and do an overnighter camping somewhere off Leetonia Road. Thanks for any and all info! That will suit you fine for those streams, I often use a 9' rod there especially if I may be nymphing. If getting into the true headwaters or tribs I would choose a shorter setup.
