Anyone ever see one of these. First time for me. Trailhead in Lebanon Co.

I've seen a few at parks in Chester County. Ticks are no joke, I wear tick repellent pants from Columbia almost every time I have to walk through brush or the woods to get to a stream (if I'm not wearing waders). They're actually required field clothes for my job as well.
