Carp ponds

Anyone know any public ponds in Chester county with carp? Trying to find some easy access spots for weekdays after work. Schulykill river is great but I prefer doing that on the weekend with the kayak. Twin ponds in downingtown was good but algae covered and very low already.

I suggest checking some golf courses.
