Can't Scroll?

Really minor inconvenience, but driving me nuts...after about a minute of browsing PAFF I cannot use the middle wheel on my mouse to scroll up and down the page. This is the only website that I have this issue with. I am using Google Chrome.

Any ideas? It could be on my end, but why does it only happen on this site? Am I the only one who has this problem?

I was having this problem too, but it seems to have stopped. I also use Chrome. I found that I can close the window and reopen and the scroll wheel function returns.
