I heard it went dry today. Anyone have photos? I heard that the quarry pumps are beck on.
 
I remember from the last time that this is a relatively short section, less than a mile? Regardless, not a good situation. Limestone systems and karst geology are complex systems that are event difficult for experts to model and understand. Its a shame that this section relies soley on pumps from the quarry for water.
 
I worked at Lafayette and one of the Professors studied the area at length. It was amazing where she found caverns and voids. Did the whole stream dry up or is there enough groundwater to keep it flowing below Tatamy?
