Borcher's Drake.

A Michigan standby.

Does anybody else tie them?
Does anybody fish them?

I do not
I have not
but I like em, nice ties Tony.
Am I mistaken in thinking that's a Mohican style wing you have there?

New to me, but then so much is......

Nice looking flies. Can you share the recipe?

For the Green Drake
Shuck is tan marabou over mottled tan turkey flats.
Abdomen and post is the same stacked light brown deer hair ribbed with the tying thread. The top is colored with an olive Pantone marker after it is ribbed. The post is colored with a green Sharpie
Mixed Grizzly and Cree hackles.
Dubbing is a tannish yellow.

The March Brown is very similar except changing out for your favorite MB hackle and dubbing.

There are many variations on tying it including polypropylene post etc, and also many YouTube videos (some better than others).

Brain Fart
This is a Robert's Drake.
The Borcher's Drake uses turkey tail "herl" as the abdomen with the original being Condor.

I have seen that pattern before. But have never tried them. Yours look really good. Well done.

Nice GC. Ever try an extended body version on a shorter hook?
