Here's a recent tie I placed on YouTube, a cross between Scott Sanchez's Rubber-Leg Biot Bug and Clark "Cheech" Pierce's Twitchy Chicken. Pulling key characteristics of each, the Biot Stone is a representational pattern that can be modified for brown, black, or golden stoneflies.

Enjoy,

Tim

Great tie. Very buggy, a great mix between realistic and suggestive.

Thanks, Sipe; that's exactly what I was thinking when tying it.

Nice pattern.

Very Nice. It wold take me 20 minutes to tie and 2 seconds to get it stuck in a tree.

Thanks, Aaron...

Troutpoop...I don't think you'd have 20 minutes in it, BUT it only takes me about 1 1/2 seconds to have it snagged on the bottom. ;-)

TC, I did tie one last night, thank god for the pause button in the video. It got really good. Thanks for the video. I have many of your videos bookmarked for reference.
