best for 4wt

I'm fishing the Gunpowder next week. What would be a good leader and tippet set up for a 4wt line. I know it sounds dumb , but i'm use to fishing the GP in winter and use a 5wt , 5or4 9' leader.
I'll start with nymphs in am and then go to dry's later in afternoon.
