Here is a copy of the guidelines for posting in the Beginners Forum >
"Welcome to the Beginners Forum. If you are brand new to fly fishing, or brushing up on some of the basics? Don’t be shy! This forum is intended for new fly fishing anglers to post questions. If you are a more accomplished angler and want to start a new thread to share a tip for beginners, please post those in the Tips and Tricks Forum.
The forum will be moderated to support those just getting started in the sport. Debates, rants, random posts, and nonbeginner questions are probably not a good fit for this forum and will be moved. As a community site that encourages fly fishing in Pennsylvania, this site also encourages the sharing of ideas, fish stories, stream locations, and general helping of others to learn more and become better fly fishing anglers."
While all intentions were good by members posting threads, several threads and posts in the Beginner Forum will me moved to more appropriate forums because they do not comply with the above guidelines set forth by the site owner.
Please continue to start threads and post this valuable information, just use other relevant forums to disseminate the info since the beginner forum is for newbies only to post questions about fly-fishing and/or fly tying. Feel free to help the newbies answer these questions, but remember to keep you posts simple and concise to avoid adding their confusion about the sport.
