Clearwater conservancy slowed Benner Twsp's roll, but the section around the airport (rock road, high up in the watershed) is still slated to have regs changed. From what I read they are still fighting.

I know I'm sounding like a commercial for them, but if you fish Spring creek consider support clearwater conservancy. You can do so through the 36 hrs giving campaign Center Gives. There are addition advantages of participating through centre gives- they have awards ($)to groups that meet certain milestones.
