Hey guys I will be in Atlantic City next weekend without my kayak so I was hoping to get some help finding some wadeable water for targeting stripers, blues, shad, or flounder on the fly rod. I appreciate any help or advice. The only wade fishing I’ve done in NJ without using the kayak to get there is at corsons inlet so I was hoping to try some areas closer to AC

I was at a hotel on the inlet / back last spring, and I fished around the obvious sandy access points you can see on Google maps. Just driving around, I would see anglers at spots back behind brush, etc., so that was helpful for finding areas that were OK to explore. I didn't catch a damn thing, and everywhere I found got too deep to wade fast.

It was still pretty fun to just be able to stumble out of the hotel and go poke around. As Nymph-Wristed noted, there were always freaks hanging out on the water, so that was entertaining.

Took the family to brigantine side across the bridge lots of interesting water and easy access, yet I remained striper less, July is the wrong time of year for what I was doing

Excellent wade fishing opportunities on cove beach. Whether or not fish will be there is another thing.
