My Hardy Bougle’ was dropped and as a result, the frame was bent. I love this reel, use it on many of my rods, so have three extra spools for it with different lines. I contacted Mr. Archuleta who said send it to him. Less than a week later, I received an e-mail saying everything was fixed, cleaned and shipped second day UPS with the tracking number. The charge for all this magic was more than fair and the service outstanding. This is the second time I’ve had dealings with Bill and each time it has seemed like a privilege. Tuck his name away with the “Good Guys” of our sport.
