Anyone try this thread? I saw a Kelly Galloup video and he used it. Looks like it might be worth the price.

Definitely one of the better GSP thread options IMO.

It’s great. I use it for small comparaduns as well as other flies size 18 and below. Because it is GSP, it is super slippery and takes some getting used to...

The 18/0 and 12/0 Semperfli is all I’ve been using for the last couple years.. It has the highest breaking strength of any thread I’ve used of similar diameter and can easily tie the smallest flies without making bulk. You won’t be disappointed.

Awesome thread, especially in the GSP range. Semperfli just released a 24/0 Nano Silk (yes, you read that correct), and I've been tying with it for a week. AWESOME stuff for smaller flies and minimal build-up. It lays flat...if you are able to see it at that level! ;-)

They came out with 24/0? This just made my day.

Just an update on the 24/0 Semperfli thread I got. Truly amazing stuff. Tied a few #20 Jassids and #22 Midges and it has exceeded my expectations and will be a mainstay on my bobbin. It is 10x stronger than Spider-Web or Uni-Thread Trico with minimal thread build up. Thumbs up all around.
