allegheny river kayaking

planning a kayak trip for this week. any water condition info from you local guys would be helpfull. was wondering if allegheny was blown out from all the recent rain. i want to run the buckaloons to tidioute section. also looking for a shuttle from tidioute to buckaloons so we dont have to bring two vehicles. anyone interested in makeing a few easy bucks let me know. thanks.
